This page explains how the tool works; it is not legal advice.
This tool runs entirely in your browser. There is no server and no backend — the text you type is never uploaded, sent, or shared by this tool. It stays on your device.
What we store on your device
We use your browser’s local storage (not cookies) to keep two things, only so your work is still here when you come back:
- the text currently in the editor;
- your settings (cleaning options and word redaction rules).
No cookies, no tracking
This app sets no cookies, and runs no analytics, advertising, or third-party scripts. Nothing about you is collected, profiled, shared, or sold by this tool.
Why there’s no cookie banner
Under the ePrivacy / GDPR rules, a consent banner is required for storage used to track you. The storage here is strictly necessary to provide the tool you asked for, and nothing leaves your device — so no consent banner is needed.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard connection data (such as your IP address and request logs) to deliver and protect the site, and may set strictly necessary security cookies. This happens at the network level and is separate from the tool itself, which still keeps your text and settings only on your device.
You’re in control
Select Clear to empty the editor at any time. To remove everything saved on your device, delete this site’s data in your browser settings — or use the button below.
One exception: when you use this tool with external AI services
The above covers this tool only. When you copy the Prompt for Agent and paste your text into an external AI service (ChatGPT, Claude, other LLMs), that text leaves your device and is handled by that provider under their terms — and what you choose to share there is your responsibility. The provider may collect and use your data in accordance with their privacy policies.
